Ambulance Event is a recurring high-pressure event in Animal Hospital. Ambulance Event begins on Shift 5 after Dr. Harlow warns that an anomaly attack has happened in town. Six patients rush in, and later ambulances return every 5 shifts with more critical pressure. The run announces it through the emergency tab, the timer, the room state, and the patient animation. The event floods the hospital with patients; some can be on fire, critical, anomalies, or Skinwalkers. The mistake that hurts the run is simple: Treating all ambulance patients like normal slow traffic will overload rooms and emergencies. If the current server shows a different timer, shop text, room state, or animation, the live screen wins. The good read is catching Ambulance Event early enough to save sanity, cash, items, or the patient on the bed.
