Skinwalker is a disguised patient enemy that can transform after admission and bite players or patients until stopped.
Skinwalker is one of the most dangerous Animal Hospital enemies because it can enter through check-in disguised as a patient. It may show sharp teeth, an open mouth, odd patient signs, or transform after admission or during recovery. When hostile, it looks for nearby players or patients and starts biting until someone breaks the attack. If Skinwalker grabs a player, the player can press E to hit pressure points and escape, while teammates can help. If it attacks a patient, the room becomes an emergency and the team has to free the patient before the timer turns into a recorded animal death. Community enemy notes put about 6 sanity loss per bite. The clean answer is Gun or Taser once the Skinwalker is confirmed. The bad answer is admitting suspicious patients without a screen read, then scrambling after the monster turns in a room with other patients nearby.
Encounter Skinwalker when an anomalous patient gets through check-in and transforms after admission or while recovering in a room.
Skinwalker bites players and patients. Press E pressure points to escape a grab, or use Gun and Taser to stop the hostile form faster.

Stalker is a tall corner enemy that removes sanity when players look directly at it.
Ceiling Monster is a ceiling threat for reacting to ceiling danger before looking up.
Death Ritual is a 40 second room ritual with candles around a levitating patient.
Surgery Monster is the older search name for Tendril, the Room 8 purple tentacle emergency that must be solved with surgery.
Skinwalker gets easier once the team names the visible cue: the model, warning text, room cue, CCTV view, or enemy animation. That keeps the next move tied to the room instead of old memory.
A good call with Skinwalker connects the cue to the matching action. The team avoids extra clicks, saves the item for the right patient, and keeps the timer from becoming the main problem.
A bad call with Skinwalker treats the scene like normal hospital traffic. That is when patients get the wrong item, enemies stay active, fires spread, or a room timer runs out.

Skinwalker bites players and patients.
The bad click is treating Skinwalker like a panic target; weapons and stun tools belong only when the room cue supports them.
